THE PERFECT IMPERFECTION

on the face of it you might gather some lunacy of using complete paradox in a single line. but these two terms basically sum up everything.. things which we want & things we actually get..!!

lets take this world as a battle field, each one of us fighting our big/small battles… some fight on the front line, some prefer fighting behind the shield & some give up even before the battle starts. to sum up, all our battles are the battle between “ILLUSION” & “REALITY”. in our battles we use the weapon of illusion to fight the reality, and when the oh so delicate shield of illusion breaks we suffer..!

we tend to seek perfection, which is an illusion- a figment of imagination, which we try to incorporate in our imperfections.
the all mighty himself created the world in the most imperfect manner.!
imagine all tress bearing same flowers; imagine all those beautiful mountains being absolutely identical; imagine those blustering waves never parting itself with the ocean…

there is so much imperfection around us & within us that it is hard to imagine what a perfect world would be like.!
embrace your imperfections, cherish the beauty of diversity, make peace with everything beyond your control. in your lust to seek perfection, do not let the beauty of imperfection vanish..!!!

by no means i am asking to let go of your dreams, your ambition.. run behind them, chase them like anything & always let your imperfections pave way for your perfect life..:)

  1. You gotta be kidding – isn’t this line (perfect imperfection) something I said a few minutes in a comment on another of your posts? It was in a song by John Legend. I love your take on this. I think we are saying the same thing in different words: that imperfections become perfections if only we look at then in the right way. Or maybe not – who knows. đŸ™‚
Either way – we need to find beauty in all things – whether they are conventionally seen as being ‘perfect’ or ‘imperfect’ – right?
Thanks Krati for allowing my thinking to flow. You are a wonderful catalyst. đŸ™‚
